Inactives: Mineral Oil, Caprylic/capric/stearic triglyceride, Ozokerite, Triacontanyl PVP, Synthetic Wax, Silica, Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera, Tocopherol Acetate, Menthol, Fragrance, Saccharin.

Hi, I thought I would take this opportunity to mention how disappointed I was to receive my order.
I have always battled with dry damaged lips and when I was recommended your product I was so pleased. I have attached a copy of my previous order. Sadly this time, and obviously my mis ordering, the product was different. I loved the previous ones I received but this time the product is no where near as good.
Can you help me and direct me to order as per my attachment.
