Refunds & Returns

We want to make sure you get what you ordered, in good condition. If there’s an issue with a purchase you made on our website, here’s how we can help.

If you purchased from one of our stockists, you’ll need to get in touch with them directly to sort out a return.

For Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product you bought from our website arrives with a defect, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, please let us know at maxi@maxiblock.com.au or +61 1300 628 882 within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll cover the cost of return postage and arrange a full refund or exchange for you.

Because our products are for personal use, we can’t accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
